How does it work?
Simple. We help you find the home you are looking for. It can be anyone's listing with any real estate company OR builder. We represent YOU. You can even find the home and call us to represent YOU. Sure , you don't have to use a Realtor® to help you find a home, but why not?... it doesn't cost you a thing and you get up to 25% of our commission at closing!
Here is an example.
You find your dream home listed by XYZ Realty Company for $105,000. We (Lubbock Discount Realty) show you that house representing YOU as the buyer. We negotiate with XZY Realty Company and get the house down to $100,000 for YOU. The seller of that house pays 3% commission on that property to the Buyer´s Agent (Lubbock Discount Realty) for a total of $3,000. We rebate YOU up to 25% of that amount at closing! $750 to YOU just for using Lubbock Discount Realty to help you find your home! It´s as easy as that!
The above example uses a 3% commission that other Real Estate companies and/or builders offer. Some offer more than that and some offer less than that. Whatever it is, you get up to 25%!
*Rule 535.154(k) "An advertisement containing an offer to rebate to a principal a portion of a licensee's commission must disclose that payment of the rebate is subject to the consent of the party the licensee represents in the transaction. If payment of the rebate is contingent upon a party's use of a selected service provider, the advertisement also must contain a disclosure that payment of the rebate is subject to restrictions."
